1. Service Purpose & YouTube API Compliance
VibeLyze is an autonomous audience intelligence service that aggregates and summarizes public comments and live chat logs from YouTube.
Our ingestion engine operates strictly via the official YouTube Data API v3. By utilizing VibeLyze, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. VibeLyze does not scrape private or unlisted videos without explicit channel credentials.
2. Free Access & Fair Use Guarantee
VibeLyze provides immediate, frictionless access to public video audits without mandatory user registration. You may analyze public content within fair use limits without unexpected paywalls.
Automated mass-scraping, bot abuse, or attempting to trigger denial-of-service against our API routers is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property & Report Ownership
You own all rights to the synthesized reports, CSV exports, and executive PDF deliverables generated through your VibeLyze queries.
You are granted full commercial permission to share, distribute, and pitch these intelligence reports to corporate sponsors, talent agencies, brand partners, and production teams.
4. Nature of AI Insights (As-Is Disclaimer)
Audience sentiment scores, controversy indicators, and coaching points are computed using advanced large language models and neural statistical sampling.
While engineered for maximum accuracy and objectivity, these signals reflect automated algorithmic interpretations of public text streams. VibeLyze provides intelligence on an "as-is" basis and does not provide formal legal, copyright, or financial advice.
5. Paid Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers (Pro and Agency) provide elevated daily runs, deep 3,000–5,000 message sampling, and dedicated PDF reporting tools. Payments are securely processed via Dodo Payments.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect. Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
